When writing your Senator or Representative:
1. Use your business stationery or letterhead with a local address.
2.Find the applicable letter(s) at the end of each position page, click on the link to download the letter - you might want to rewrite the letter in your own style and include personalized information (anecdotes, statistics, etc.)
3.Use the following address format and salutation:
- For Representatives: The Honorable [Representative's full name]

5. Find your Senator(s)
